Terms & Fees

This letter confirms our mutual agreement concerning candidate placement fees and employment warranties. Before we proceed, kindly accept our terms & fees via return email. Upon your approval, we will immediately commence our search. Our placement terms & fees – You, the employer are to provide us with your precise requirements in writing. Please indicate detailed job specifications, work location, responsibilities (designation), qualifications, education, experience, any preferences, distinction, approximate remuneration (allowances/relocation) and most importantly your company’s specialty, background (website) & plans or activities. For targeted headhunting, kindly provide us with names of particular companies or individuals.

We will then search, screen, match & interview potential candidates to fill the vacancy. Once we are satisfied with their credentials and have qualified the suitable candidates matching your requirements, we will present their details to you. You will get their resume-with credentials and academic degrees verified-our insights and any other information that may be helpful in the selection process. All documents pertaining to the candidates’ qualifications & experiences will be presented to you for verification. Subsequently, we will arrange for all shortlisted candidates to meet you for interviews. For all foreign professionals living abroad who are short listed by you for any overseas interviews, all travel expenses incurred are to be borne by your company. Before proceeding, we will seek your approval & consent. Once you are satisfied and have decided to hire the candidate, the employment contract will be raised by you for the candidate to officially commence work with your company.

For every successful recruitment through us due to direct or indirect result of our referral, we charge a placement fee equivalent to approximately 10% to 25% of the candidate’s first year basic salary. Fees to be paid to us upon the candidate’s confirmation of work with your company. Three months warranty period - In the event that the candidate breaks the employment contract within the first 3 months of employment, we will search & present details of new candidates to you at no extra cost. We believe a professional search process begins with a thorough understanding of a client's needs. So, we go well beyond defining the specific skill set you require. We believe in working in partnership with you to review the business and professional context of your situation. Client satisfaction is our utmost priority. Hence, you can be assured of excellent service. Your acceptance of candidate referrals from Mc Ashley shall be conclusive of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
