Terms & Fees

You, the employer are to provide us with your precise requirements in writing. Please indicate comprehensive job specifications, work location, responsibilities (designation), qualifications, education, experience, any preferences, distinction, approximate remuneration (allowances/relocation) and also your company’s specialty or any other useful & relevant information. For targeted headhunting, kindly furnish us with names of desired individuals or organisations.   

After reviewing your specifications and conducting an intensive research, we will search, screen, match & interview potential candidates to fill the vacancy. All candidates will be scrutinised for compatibility, competency and proficiency plus we will substantiate and authenticate aptitudes through reference probes. Once we are satisfied with their credentials and have qualified the appropriate candidates relevant to your requirements, we will present their profiles to you. You will get their resume-with credentials and academic degrees verified-our insights and any other information that may be significant in the selection process. All certificates pertaining to the candidates’ qualifications & experiences will be submitted to you for verification. Subsequently, we will schedule all shortlisted candidates to meet you for interviews. For all foreign professionals who have been selected by you for any overseas interviews, all travel expenses incurred are to be borne by your company. Before proceeding, we will seek your approval & consent. Once you have determined to hire the candidate, you will generate the employment contract or offer for the candidate to sign, accept and officially commence work with your company.  

For every successful recruitment through us due to direct or indirect result of our referral, we charge a placement fee equivalent to
15% to 25% (subject to contract) of the candidate’s first year gross (13 months) income. Fees to be paid to us upon the candidate signing the employment contract with your company. Three months warranty period - In the event that the candidate breaks the employment contract within the first 3 months of work, we will search & present details of new candidates to you at no extra cost.
